Swim Faster Clinic

Location: Schroeder Aquatic Center, Rite-Hite Family YMCA, Brown Deer, WI
Description: Clinic is perfect for triathletes or anyone looking to improve their freestyle stroke (front crawl) and to be more comfortable in open water races. Hundreds of athletes have gotten faster by attending one of these clinics. Each clinic includes analysis of your stroke, drill instruction, and mass start practice. Iron Endurance Clinic

Description: Topic: “Nutrition and Hydration Planning.” These five-hour, learn-while-you-train clinics are designed for athletes of all abilities. Featuring Team Sport Beans/NTTC pro triathlete Lauren Jensen, you will learn from one of the sport’s top long distance elite triathletes and get a challenging workout. Schedule: 9:00am-9:45am - Lecture - WSAC pool deck 9:45am-10:00am - Change/weigh-in - locker room 10:00am-11:00am - 60 minute continuous pool swim 11:00am-11:15am - Change/bike set-up (locker room/spin room) 11:15am-1:00pm - Bike workouts - spin room 1:00pm-1:45pm - Run treadmills/track 1:45pm-2:00pm - Wrap-up.

Description: The Open Water Skills clinics are a good fit for triathletes and Masters swimmers looking to improve their performance in open water swimming. Learn and practice the skills of open water starts, sighting, pacing, and drafting. These no-lane-lines clinics will help you gain the confidence and skills needed to improve your open water swim splits.
